Offering clients nearly 30 years of commercial real estate expertise, Suzanne is a key member of Ackerman Retail’s Landlord Representation team. With extensive institutional landlord representation experience, she focuses on the marketing and leasing of retail space, as well as strategic planning, market analysis and boosting asset value for property owners.
In her leasing efforts on behalf of Ackerman Retail and its third-party clients, she focuses on project leasing of mixed-use developments, power centers, lifestyle centers and grocery-anchored centers. Suzanne’s third-party assignments for Ackerman Retail include several high-profile Atlanta-area properties for landlords including Kimco Realty Corp., The Ardent Companies and ATR Corinth Partners. Suzanne’s previous clients include GLL Real Estate Partners (Macquarie), SBA Florida, CBRE Global, UBS, Hanover Company and TA Realty.
A recurring CoStar Power Broker, Suzanne’s previous roles include her nearly four years as Vice President of Retail Services at Colliers International – Atlanta and more than six years as a Senior Leasing Representative at The Sembler Company. In these and other roles, she has focused on leasing ground-up developments, multiple high-end mixed-use developments, lifestyle centers, retail centers and outparcels across metro Atlanta and the Southeast. She also oversaw the leasing of a REIT portfolio totaling 3 million square feet spanning five states.
As a prominent member of the commercial real estate community, she is active in organizations such as ICSC, the Atlanta Commercial Board of Realtors and NAIOP.
