Ridut Aggarwal
Investment Analyst
As a member of Ackerman & Co.’s Investments team, Ridut provides financial analysis of acquisitions, developments and existing projects along with reviewing tenant leases, rent rolls, operating statements and other financial statements used during the due diligence process.
Prior to joining Ackerman & Co., Ridut worked as an intern at Tricon Residential, where he completed a financial modeling boot camp focused on equity calculations, waterfall distribution thresholds and sensitivity analyses, and also participated in a 48-hour team challenge in which he learned how to underwrite a 92-unit multifamily acquisition. He also served as an intern at Atlanta Property Group, working with the firm’s asset management, leasing and property management teams. His projects included underwriting and determining the feasibility of an acquisition by assessing market data, levered returns, IRR, cash-on-cash returns and other financial metrics.
Ridut received a B.A. in Finance with a minor in Real Estate from Georgia State University in Atlanta. Ridut is currently an active member of the Association of Young Real Estate Professionals (AYREP) and NAIOP, and he was an inaugural intern for NAIOP’s diversity commitment program.
