A versatile and highly experienced commercial real estate professional with more than 30 years of transaction experience, David specializes in representing third-party owners and investors in the acquisition and disposition of commercial assets. David brings a strong track record of success brokering office and warehouse deals ranging from single assets to multi-property portfolios, and extensive experience leasing industrial, office and medical properties as both a landlord and tenant representative.
Prior to joining Ackerman, David was a top producer and Principal at Blue & Obrecht Realty, where he averaged in excess of 25 transactions annually, including investment sales and landlord and tenant lease deals. Previously, as a Senior Vice President at Manekin Commercial Real Estate, he served numerous sole proprietors, among others. His commercial real estate experience also includes ownership in Corridor CRESA, where he focused on providing tenant representation services for local, regional and national clients.
