Director of Human Resources
An experienced human resources professional, Jainee leads Ackerman & Co.’s human resources functions and programs for the firm’s 100-plus employees. In this role, she oversees talent acquisition and development, as well as a broad spectrum of strategic initiatives to help drive the company’s business priorities. These include rewards programs, diversity and inclusion, performance management, change management and employee relations.
Jainee brings more than 20 years of experience serving private and public sector organizations in management and consulting roles.
An active member of the community, Jainee serves on the Board of Trustees of the Atlanta Retailers Association, whose philanthropic contributions and community service projects aim to improve the lives of Georgians, and the Aga Khan Foundation U.S.A., which provides health, education and other solutions in resource-poor areas of Asia and Africa. She has also volunteered at the Women’s Shelter Meal Service of the Atlanta Mission.
