Jack Nusenow
Investment Analyst
In his role in Ackerman & Co.’s Investments team, Jack provides financial analysis of acquisitions, developments and existing projects along with reviewing tenant leases, rent rolls, operating statements and other financial statements used during the due diligence process.
Before joining Ackerman & Co., Jack worked as a finance trainee for the FDIC, where he performed risk analysis and presented work regularly to the head of the Department of Finance and the FDIC Chief of Staff. Prior to his time at the FDIC, Jack was an analyst for the American University Real Estate Investment Trust, where he produced independent equity research, created and maintained proprietary REIT valuation models, and provided the team with weekly sector updates.
Jack received a B.S. in Finance from American University in Washington, D.C. He is a member of the Association of Young Real Estate Professionals (AYREP) and NAIOP.
