Greg provides financial modeling and analysis to determine the feasibility and profitability of prospective acquisitions, developments, and dispositions. As part of his role assisting the Investment team, he conducts research for zoning, permitting, site selection, compliance, lease analysis, and more.

Greg also gathers market data to support underwriting, assists in all aspects of due diligence, strategic planning and investor reporting, and supports the ongoing management of Ackerman & Co.’s acquired assets.

Prior to joining Ackerman & Co., Greg worked with the Origination and Closing team at NXT Capital, where he was responsible for modeling, market research and transaction due diligence. In that role, he supported $3.3 billion in senior debt and preferred equity commitments for commercial real estate projects throughout the United States.

Greg is a magna cum laude graduate of Morehouse College with a B.A. degree in Business Administration, with a concentration in Finance. An active member of the real estate community, Greg is currently a member of the Urban Land Institute and the Association of Young Real Estate Professionals.
