Buck Woodcox
Investment Associate
As a member of Ackerman & Co.’s Investments team, Buck provides financial modeling, due diligence research and market analysis to assist in the firm’s pursuit of investment opportunities, including new developments and acquisitions. In this role, he also assists in site selection, zoning, permitting, compliance and lease analysis. As part of the Investments team, he works to enhance the firm’s asset management and investment sales capabilities.
Prior to Ackerman & Co, Buck began his career at Newmark in Atlanta with a focus on retail investment sales, working on transactions totaling over $500 million. He was responsible for financial modeling, property-level due diligence, lease abstracting, primary market research, and responding to investor inquiries.
In 2017, Buck graduated magna cum laude from the University of Georgia with a B.B.A. in Real Estate.
