As part of the Ackerman Retail Tenant Representation team, Stephany works directly with Executive Vice President Brian Lefkoff, assisting in the team’s comprehensive services to clients and the growth of the tenant representation portfolio. She and the Tenant Representation team currently advise clients that include Kids Empire, ATL Fitness 24/7 and Studio W.I.P.
Prior to joining Ackerman, Stephany was Marketing Director for Horizon Group Properties at The Outlet Shoppes of Atlanta, where she developed and implemented brand strategy for the 400,000-square-foot property. Her role included growing the brand by executing a variety of marketing campaigns and events, overseeing tourism efforts and guest services, among other duties. In another previous real estate role, she provided project management services for a private client.
