As a leasing associate for Ackerman Retail, Haley supports the landlord representation team in the leasing efforts at Ackerman and third-party retail properties.
Haley brings experience identifying local and national tenants, creating LOIs and helping to negotiate lease terms. In her most recent position at The Retail Planning Corporation, she assisted in the leasing initiatives for a portfolio of 55 shopping centers containing more than 6.5 million square feet of retail space.
While a college student, Haley gained commercial real estate experience through internships at The Shopping Center Group, Regency Centers and The Stan Johnson Company.
