Polaris Spine & Neurosurgery Signs Lease to Establish New Care Center in College Park, Ga.
Ackerman & Co. brokers Frank Farrell and Kris Redding complete 10-year, 7,492 SF lease at Phoenix Summit business campus.
ATLANTA, August 31, 2020 – Polaris Spine & Neurosurgery Center, a premier spine care practice in Atlanta for more than 40 years, has signed a 10-year, 7,492-square-foot lease at Phoenix Summit in College Park, Ga. Polaris, which currently operates spine care centers in Sandy Springs and Smyrna, Ga., will open its third metro Atlanta practice in the building.
Ackerman & Co. brokers Frank Farrell and Kris Redding completed the lease on behalf of landlord OA Development. Chris Witcher of Newmark Knight Frank represented Polaris in the transaction. Polaris plans to open its new spine care center at Phoenix Summit in fourth-quarter 2020.

Polaris Spine & Neurosurgery’s main surgery and wellness center is located at 1150 Hammond Drive in Sandy Springs, where Ackerman & Co. completed lease transactions with the healthcare provider for a total of 24,352 square feet at the location Polaris has occupied since 2014.
Polaris’s new spine care center in Phoenix Summit will include space for MRI and X-Ray services, exam rooms, a lounge, a business center and more.
Located at 1903 Phoenix Blvd., Phoenix Summit is less than one mile from I-285 and approximately two miles from Hartsfield-Jackson Atlanta International Airport. The 44,922-square-foot building is close to retail, restaurants and hotels.
