IN THE NEWS – Ackerman sells LEED certified Centrum at Glenridge for $28.5MM

Ackerman & Co (along with Northwestern Mutual) sold it’s long-owned property, LEED Gold certified Centrum at Glenridge, for $28.5MM or $156/SF to a Chicago-based real estate investment firm. The 183,000-square-foot, eight-story, class “A” office building serves as the corporate headquarters for furniture giant, Havertys.
