Rick is uniquely qualified to assist local clients with a broad range of real estate needs as well as assisting the international investor or business expansion into Atlanta and the USA, or the outbound expansion of American businesses and investors into Asia, Europe, South America, Africa or the rest of the world.   While most of his practice is here, he has worked with the international community most of his career.

Rick has over 30 years experience in (1) real estate, (2) manufacturing, distribution and sales, (3) site selection, (4) real estate development, and (5) engineering, regulatory compliance and government relations in Atlanta, the southeast, nationally and internationally.  This includes working with local, regional, national and international Fortune 1,000 clients, governments and their international counterparts.  This broad, in-depth industry and government experience places Rick in a unique position to assist businesses of all sizes with their real estate needs whether buying, selling or leasing.  He is well versed in manufacturing, industry warehousing and distribution needs along with the typically associated office/sales-office and showroom/retail real estate needs.  Rick is a chemical engineer from Cornell University who practiced broad environmental engineering and property condition professional services prior to his current Brokerage career.  Assisting clients with land sales and site development is also second nature.  His brokerage now also includes hospitality from collegiate connections and international opportunities.
